Verified View Photography
Accurate visual representations (AVR) or verified views are architectural photo-montages which have been created to a very high level of accuracy using a combination of survey data and photography and are an essential part of any planning application that many architects and developers use today to show how a future scheme may look.
As an architectural photographer, I am aware of the level of detail and data needed within these images as well as the specialist photographic equipment which is needed to carry out each task.
Capturing the images for your verified views is a simple process. We pre-agree the locations of the images which are then recorded inside the camera at the point of image capture. Including lat/long and height above sea level to avoid any accuracy issues further down the line. The lens and camera used is also recorded in the image so you can easily replicate the field of view in your chosen CGI programme.
